Last night we managed to down the first boss in BG, Durchest, in hard mode for the first time

As the fight was very intense, we forgot to take screen shots so here is an old one.

Returning to the Rift

Last night, after one and a half years, we returned to the Rift of Nürz gashu. Who doest remember the legenday words from Barz “I´ll gnaw your bones”

After fighting our way through we finally reached the chamber of the balrog, Thaurlach.

And the fight could begin

While back, for the first time with a great graphic, I couldnt help admiring the work put into creating this place.

I dont have to tell you that Thaurlach died, do I?

28th february we entered the new raid zone in Dol Guldur, Mirkwwod together with our friends from MMW.
The way to the first boss is hard but this day we got through the gauntlet and reached the boss room.

Dar Narbugud - alliance run

On Sunday 7th February Divine Legend together with the alliance kin Mordors most Wanted killed the last bosses in DN. After all those long hours trying to get Blind One down we finally made it.
One week later we did the whole instance in one evening.

Watcher Downed

On Tuesday 24th November we took a team to take down the Watcher. This was a boss that we felt we had to drop especially with the new expansion coming and the level increase. We wanted to do it before it became trivial to even try!

DL Kin Custom Event - Conclusion!

We continued from where we left off last time, Az. We began with Davespice addressing the team to explain where we were up to and what the mission was.

The Ranger (+Diocletian) Arrived promptly and off we travelled, the plan was to head for Lothlorien. to deliver a long awaited message. The journey was not to be easy, we tried to pass quietly through however, stealth was not to be and were soon set upon by many Burning grims

As we travelled through the Redhorn Lodes we were set upon by Hundreds of hungry Gredbyg. They were soon polished off. I’ll leave you with a few action shots of the event.

Once were got close to the exit of Moria we were set upon by a large group of Trolls and their Leader

Finally out of Moria under the Moonlight +Diocletian was safe to continue on his own. He wished us all a safe journey and was gone.

I feel as though I should end this post with an apology to Mekki, who was unfortunately passing us via goat whilst we were in action and spent his time stuck running on the spot - Sorry Mekki!

Dar Narbugud

Another Trip to Dar Narbugud, and another take down of Istum. I feel we finally have the hang of this zone now and it’s first few bosses. I think we need to arrange some additional raid time to concentrate on the Blind One and the Mistress.

On the 23rd August 2009, we killed the Trolls in DN. Congratulations Divine Legend, let the upgrades roll in

Since then we have been back a few times a week and are slowly gearing up our characters. This week we have killed Flagit, Zholuga and Istum.
